She thought I was a guy kaya ginawa ko mikmikikay name ko. She calls me mikmik…never maika. She’s my Fairy Gorgeous Mother and I’m her pretty lil sis! I miss the way she screams for Nyoy…really one of a kind. And that twinkling eyes I saw from her during the eclectic concert…and her weakness for my macaroons. I miss lyn…lingyab.

There are a lot of things I want to look back when I think of Tita Sherbet. The 1st was how we had my “pre-debut party” planned in 15 minutes. She made all things possible. 2nd was when she listened to me when I had nobody to talk to. 3rd was the night she called me about this person…it scared me. 4th was when she gave birth to “Mikay”…nickname ni Mikmikikay. Hindi yan si Tita if hindi siya tatawa yung “usual” tawa nya and pag magkkwento yan, nanlalaki yung eyes niya. And o yeah, she will never forget to mention how gwapo Tito Sunny is.
Lexi: Lexi reminded me of the word “hope” and taught me to never loose it especially if I’m dealing with friends. That’s what I remember most whenever I think of Lexi. Oh yeah, she’s my kulitan mate during the eclectic concert of Nyoy Volante. It’s not Lexi if she will not use BIG FONT SIZE during chats.

Sybil: Our first picture together. and she’s the only one I met whom I felt close to kagad. Heehee. And she calling me and peachy “soul sistah” is so cool. And the necklace she gave me which completed my summery dress. Thanky Sybil.
Lucia: The most memorable I remember kay Lucia is seeing the three of them in Galleria. Heehee. I wish someone recorded it so we can all watch it again. Hahaha. That was when we all bumped into Y.R.Y.S. and when I looked up, I saw the three of them so close together all trying to figure out if it was me they’re seeing. I love this moment!
And Lucia being my tilian mate is one thing memorable to me. And Lucia declared April 21 the official “kilig” day.
Hogi: is my cousin. hehehe. Don’t ask why na lang. “HUWAW!”
1st palanca: “ Funny how 4 guys with such passion for music and a forum can bring strangers together and be great friends. This is just the beginning, Maika dear, so let’s cherish ever moment.”

“One chapter in both our lives has ended. You’re graduating from high school and entering college; and I’m moving on to explore more things outside the environment where you and I had met.” -> this actually made me cry. No joke.
Hogi became my bestfriend during my last year in High school (she doesn’t know that). If she didn’t meet me sa Kenny, things would surely be different. She says, I am the sister she never wanted…este she never had. Hogi is my all time partner. We’d hang around after classes…until it became a part of our daily lives. She’d visit me when I’m sick…or go with me anywhere I need to go. She’s surely a text away. We love Mcdo so much that we can eat there every day…na kahit nasa glorietta na, mcdo pa rin. She was my bridge…the person who connected me to Nyoy for hundred times. She knows who Maika is talaga…both Mikmik and Mikay. We share everything…parang we live under one roof na nga eh. What’s funny is…I know something about her. hahaha. Joke lang! She’s the reason why before I hated THURSDAYS and swore I wouldn’t go out on Thursdays.(but di na ngayon) We’d go to rob place and once tricked Marlo and got our free lunch. We’d go to Harrison and fool around…even look for school stuffs for the next school year. Wahaha. She saw me cry, saw my eyes really swollen from crying, saw me ERASE the folder I never wanted to erase. She always tells me that I’m a strong person…but that’s because she helped me be one. Haha. I remember na she wanted to move into a new world…and mamaya kasunod na kami ni Kristel. We’d play with tapas (my coin bank), pug (the pug stuff toy my crushee gave me) lil pug (the pug mj gave me) my froggy prince (who says ‘I love you’), sharkieh (my keychain) and paupies (the P99.00 lil dog at Watsons) We’ll watch the sun go down from the window sa dorm ko…and went around CCP to wait for the sun to go down. We’ll solve mysteries for other people and help them as much as we could. I forgot the word she usually says and she acquired my “Heehee..waheehee” I forgot that word she usually says na nakuha ko din. And most of all, Hogi is the reason why I met my Kuya Paulo…Robi was my 1st crush and then Dj Myke…and I don’t know how I ended up admiring Paulo. Ohh. I remember telling hogi, “sana sa bday ko kasing saya din ako ni kristel (my dorm mate)” kasi I called up kuya nyoy and mannos to greet my dormie and Hogi called her up so she can talk to PauloNav. I quote kristel “Bongga ka talaga maix” If Lyn was my fairy GodMother, Hogi is my Santa Claus. During the Akafellas’ gig sa DLSU, she chose Paulo over Robi for the free ride home so she could call me up and have me talk to Paulo (although…hehehe. *grins*). Peachy: is my tweenie daisy bessy…err my tweenie bessy daisy. Cocoy started it but Tita Sherbet officially made us tweens. “Daisy” was the character she reminded me of…You know Daisy Duck. Kasi ung eye lashes niya parang kay Peachy. And “bessy” is because she took micon’s place when micon was in the States…and later on captured my heart. I remember how the song, “Remember Me This Way” made her cry a little. How we planned our debuts and found out that our love life was kind of the same din! hehehe.
The “tweenie dance” was made official during Nyoy Volante’s first major concert. \\:D/ this is the tweenie dance sa YM. And how we stole that “KEEP OUT” sign sa set ng concert nila…Along with Pambee, we formed Lil Angels on duty bay un? I totally forgot that thing na. They bought pink tube tops which we will wear on gigs so angels will easily see us and can meet the other angels din.
I wouldn’t forget that GreenBelt night where I almost cried sa kanya. Hehehe. and that thing that made us roftl (I forgot what it means…but alam ko yan ung uber natawa ka) during the recording. And the most recent one is my birthday. We finally formed the “tweenie tili” kasi wala ung ever famous “huwaw” ni Hogi. And our iyakan blues while Nyoy was performing. There’s a lot to remember kay Peachy. I’m so happy I met you.
Jillie: is my ate. Why? Eh I make her feel like an Ate daw eh. Jillie called me up so I could greet Nyoy on his Bday. Jillie made me talk to Nyoy so he could wish me luck on my exams. I love my jilliebeanierik…who during one of our Mcdo trips suddenly reminded me of Glenn. Siya ang number one Kahonista (babaing nag kk-hon. Hehehe jillie remember sa forum? Yung thread about the kahonista being an artista? Hahaha.) I love hugging Jillie…and she knows when I’m sad…and she’s my max’s chicken. hehehe. sarap to the bones magmahal! And alam niya may mali if tahimik ako. Hehehe. “proget meeh not” higg higg higg jilliebeanierik.
Teena: Teena is my engkantada. She came into my life and suddenly things changed. I owe teena everything…January 26. Teena was suddenly calling me up sa phone but then di ko narinig..naglow batt pa. So un..she was calling kasi pinakausap niya to me Paulo…who is sick at that time. And she was the one who asked Paulo if I can be his little girl..and if he can be my kuya. She developed my feelings for him. Hahaha. With the text messages and the emails “to make me smile” surely made me wiggle and jigg everyone around me. She gave me this cd na puro Robi and Paulo… and I always look at them every now and then. One thing that made us connect is because she’s a scholastican din. And the most memorable text she sent me was a list of reasons why she likes each akafella. We ate out once…and it was supposed to be a lunch with Kuya Paulo but something came up so kami na lang natuloy. And I remember na that day, her stomach aint workin with her well…but puro may cheese ung na-order namin. Ay miss teena talaga. I don’t know why. The last time I saw her, I wanted to jump and get “jigg-iddy” and hug her!
Dandan: Dandan is my all time partner. And it all started sa YM conference. Haha. that was before Christmas vacation and we were talking about the Akafellas with Lucia. Then we found out na we’re both from Bulacan. And I think nga Lucia got mad to us kasi puro about meeting each other pinag uusapan namin. We got close when we started chatting sa phone for 3 hours yata everyday…and talking non stop about Kuya Nyoy. What I remember most is our saying, “it’s not meant for us” when some things we want eh di matuloy. Now kahit di matuloy our saying now is, “it was never meant for us.” She’s my make-up artist…hahaha! I won’t forget watching that concert sa Eastwood, the EB of the Akafellas na we both went to…then I slept over at her house and talked till 4 am in the morning. She’s my bestfriend too, kasi she’s the one who helped me with what I’ve been trying to deny. She’s always there to listen pa…O yah She’s my lucky charm. I get good grades if I see her before I take my exams. I love her style and siya naman lil sis niya ako. (so that makes her cousins with Hogi and sister with Jillie and Peachy) Masarap siya asarin noong time na “dandamemey” was in and everyone loves her when she says “hindi kaya…” O and let’s not forget her signature smell…which reminds me of Peachy.
